The Brazilians are very different. A white person is a black and a black ancestors have a white ancestor. Since the Portuguese colonization was done by many people to move into their new country and leaving women and children behind Portugal. Indian women would marry these men, the Portuguese gave as a gift. The slaves were used to satisfy the sexual pleasures of white men. Even white men, who lived with his family in the privacy of the colony who have sex with African slaves, as the woman kept house. Unlike the British colonization was very high, religious values in family and moved into the new country with his family.
All those people born outside of traditional marriage with racial diversity in the LED --Brazil. Today we do not know the view of marriage as something alien IR. In addition, the United States are very black and white, so to speak, that if a black man a white mother, who the person is still assumed to be black. In Brazil, it is a little harder to tell what race he belongs. What could be the dark call is for us only "brown" or "brown". Sometimes I saw how just after dark "by any particular person. If the couple marry IR in Brazil, the color is not usually a big problem for everyone else. But I'm not saying that racism do not exist in Brazil, because I've seen that happen here. I saw some racial bias going on IR marriage among other things. But, to a lesser extentTent that racism exists in the United States.
What Brazilians still is the idea of married people with social classes. Hardly a rich person in Brazil wants to see their son or daughter to marry a very bad (and, unfortunately, have darker skin) in the majority. Moreover, the poor in Brazil, the possibility of marrying a rich person is worth is what color.

You should review your skills in reading and comprehension. I said: "A white person could could have a black ancestor and a black person, have a white ancestor." If you know the word "May", you know, there is a probability that is not too, "May. Of course, I know not all Brazilians are mixed.I'm Brazilian, for the love of God! Part of my mother is Portuguese and Dutch. The side of my father is Portuguese and one black ancestor, no one knows who he was, but their genetic characteristics in their families to express. The side of my husband is Portuguese and Italian. To a white person would have black genes. Or perhaps not, as my husband. Do you know what I'm trying to say? Tá muito engraçado você at sermão gave me a raça brasileira sendo que eu sou uma brasileira no cream mora semper Brazil. I think muito vc estressado, Alberto. Tome uma maracujina. :-D
(As a reminder, I am African American and half my friends were white, or mixed with something). But probably. In Brazil, almost everyone is a mix of something, including the whites. In most cases, the judge too much on the color. Concentrate to the right person for him in other ways. Color should not matter anyway, right? I think the only reason why it is so rare in the United States through the influence of elders to convince many of us, African-Americans who were (previously within our race that is) so outdated. You'll be surprised how many black women are quite hot for a white man, but from what the family reacted fear. But my cousin just married a white man and the whole family loves it. Then of course theremore frequently in Brazil, because they are so different, but the U.S. is to get there:)
That is not true. The fact that Brazil is much more liberal than the United States, and has a great mix of cultural influences. The famous "mulatto" is the mixture of African and European skin.
And do not forget that many poor women in the tourist areas of Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Sao Paulo), and they all want to change their lives for the better. Some of them live out the American tourists in the United States and have a better life. I do not think that this is the case with your friend - perhaps just a coincidence - but it is a sad truth.
