and when I tried the software on my computer, which allows me to download photos from your camera still receive this error message Loading
This operating system is not sufficient for the USB-CASIO DIGITAL CAMERA running Design Driver B
I have the version of Microsoft Windows XP Home Version 2002 Service Pack 2 shows the device is compatible with this program, I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help me?

They have no software to download pictures.
I suggest you go to Google and Picasa is software.
